What is RePloyee?
RePloyee is a Vieolo module that keeps track of the documents your company needs for each employee, such as employment contracts, ID cards, and certificates, and shows you which ones are missing or expiring.
Which documents can I track?
Any document type your company needs. You create requirements for document types, such as an employment contract or an ID card, and assign them to roles or directly to employees.
How do I know when a document is missing or expiring?
The RePloyee overview lists the employees who are missing a mandatory document, and the documents that are about to expire or have already expired.
What are presets?
Presets are predefined roles and requirements that come with dedicated features. Presets are currently available for truck drivers in the Netherlands and Germany.
How much does RePloyee cost?
RePloyee is included in every Vieolo plan, including the free plan. The number of employee profiles depends on your plan, from 1 on the Free plan to 100 on the Enterprise plan.
Can I use RePloyee together with ReChive?
Yes. RePloyee and ReChive are both modules of Vieolo. You use them with the same account in the Vieolo web app, and one plan covers both.
