How to activate in 5 simple steps
Sign up and create your workspace
Start from the web, Android, iOS, or macOS and create your workspace. Your workspace can be for a business, your personal use, or freelancing work.
Upgrade to the Pro plan or higher
The subscription of your account will determine the features and usage limits of all the workspaces you own. Starting from the Pro plan, you can use the compliance and audit features, with higher tiers providing more and better features.
Go to the compliance section of your workspace
Every workspace (whose owner has a Pro tier subscription or higher) has a compliance section with a series of features designed to help you comply with regulations such as GoBD.
Click on the Activate button and follow the instructions
Once you start activating the strict auditable mode, you will be given clear and simple instructions to follow.
Your workspace now implements the strict auditable mode
Once the strict auditable mode is activated, you will be saved from accidental deletes, won't be able to alter your already uploaded documents, and will be given an audit trail. Remember, you are still required to record your documents in a timely manner.
