April, 2025
Change log
April has been an exciting and busy month at Vieolo! We've made substantial improvements across the Vieolo ecosystem — with a special focus on ReChive — as we gear up for its release on Android and prepare a surprise new product for next month!
As always, this release note highlights user-facing updates and doesn't cover the ongoing behind-the-scenes enhancements to our technology.
Vieolo
Platform
Workspace notifications enabled by default
Previously, workspace notifications were entirely opt-in. Based on valuable feedback from our users, we've decided to enable notifications by default for workspace owners. Of course, owners can still disable these notifications at any time through their settings.
Other Platform Fixes and Improvements
- Improved how various sections of the platform adjust after a connection is permanently deleted
ReChive
Introducing the document scanner
You can now scan physical documents directly from the ReChive mobile app and attach them to your entries. The best part? It uses your device's native document scanner interface — so it feels seamless and familiar.
Pay slip support for personal workspaces
Personal workspaces can now save incoming pay slips issued by their employer, complete with gross and net salary details. This provides a much better experience compared to saving pay slips as regular correspondences.
Send and receive entries with members
The sender or receiver of an entry can now be a member of your workspace. This means you can record not just your external communications, but also those within your team — keeping everything in one place.
Redesigned stats on the mobile home page
We've redesigned the ReChive mobile app home page to give you a clearer overview of your workspace documents. You can now see how many entries are overdue, due today, or due in the next 7 days.
Additionally, you can view a list of unpaid invoices right from the home page — complete with the amounts and remaining days until their due dates.
Share files directly into the app
You can now share files to the ReChive mobile app using your device's native share workflow. No more downloading and re-uploading — although that option remains available if you need it.
Other ReChive enhancements
- Greatly improved the experience on tablets
- Redesigned the onboarding flow for new mobile users
- Added the ability to duplicate ReChive entries, making it easier to create similar entries
- Fixed a bug that removed the workspace image when editing settings
Thank you for being part of the Vieolo journey! Your feedback and support fuel everything we do. Stay tuned — we've got more exciting updates coming your way next month!
