Invite your team members
If you have created a business workspace, you can invite your team members to the workspace for collaboration.
To invite a team member, you need to expand the menu of your workspace in the main drawer on the left side of your page and click on the “Detail” option. The “Detail” page will give you access to general information and settings of your workspace. To access the list of the members of your workspace, click on the “Members” tab at the top of the page.
In the members tab, you have a list of active members of your workspace. To add a new member, click on the “Add” button at the top-right corner of your page.
In the member form, you can enter the details of your member. The only required field is the email address of the member.
- If the member you are trying to invite already has a Vieolo account, this email address should be the primary email address they use in their Vieolo account.
- If the member you are trying to invite does not have a Vieolo account, they will receive an email notifying them about your invitation. Using the link in the email, they can sign up for Vieolo and respond to your invitation.
Other fields of the form are optional and are used for your internal records. Even though these fields are optional, we highly recommend you enter the relevant information for better and more accurate operation especially if you use your workspace for a business.
On the right side of the page, you can select the permissions and access level of the member you are about to invite. By default, the permissions and access levels are somewhat restricted to ensure the privacy and security of your workspace. You can modify the permissions and access levels of your members, anytime during their access to the workspace.
